The team was, naturally professional,
careful of the furniture, and just nice to work with.

Several items broken. Poor packing of several boxes with fragile items on the bottom of boxes with heavier items just piled on top. Some items packed after they were broken with the remnants of the items just left on counter. Some fragile items just placed in boxes with no packing material resulting in breakageoPicture frames dropped on floor while placing in the house. Incorrect labeling of boxe

My moving team was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. They did a spectacular job. This was my third time using Two Men and a Truck, and they've done a great job every time.

I am dissatisfied for several reasons: 1) movers could not disassemble the bed. I had to look up on the internet and help them. To my knowledge, this caused a delay, which was not calculated adequately in the final bill. What if I was not with them? 2) I paid 40$ for TV boxes to move two large TVs. I expected that those paid boxes would have remained in my possession.

Our moving team was phenomenal! Seriously, moving is hard enough and so stressful…to have four extremely polite and smiling faces greet your family on the day of the move made everything better. Not to mention, they worked their butts off! Thank you, I don’t have enough kind words for all of them.
